FRAGILE
Inside the Pressure Cooker

The business is growing.
Why does it feel more fragile than ever?

More customers. More people. More information. More decisions.

Yet the important connections still live in your head. Every function sees one part of the business. You are left holding the whole thing together.

The same problems keep returning under different names—and every proposed solution risks breaking something that still works.

Different symptoms. The same business under pressure.
What you may see

Marketing is not converting.

What may sit underneath

Delivery, offer design, or a promise the company cannot consistently keep.

What you may see

The team keeps escalating.

What may sit underneath

Unclear decision rights—not capability or motivation.

What you may see

Execution keeps slipping.

What may sit underneath

Priorities nobody agreed to reject.

The visible problem may not be the real problem.

I help founders see what they are too close to see—and redesign businesses whose growth has outpaced their operating capacity.

CAPACITY
Designed Capacity

Growth creates pressure.
It does not create capacity.

More demand does not automatically create better decisions, clearer ownership, or stronger execution.

When the design stays the same while the company grows, pressure escapes through delays, repeated problems, margin loss, and founder dependency.

From a recurring problem to a precise intervention.
01SEE

Establish what is actually happening—not only how the problem is currently explained.

INSIDE
Experience and thinking

I know what it is like to be too close to the company.

I have built, funded, and sold a SaaS business.

Led international e-commerce across more than 70 markets.

Worked across product, revenue, marketing, marketplaces, customer experience, operations, and expansion.

And I still reached the point where experience was not enough to see my own company objectively.

Designed Capacity came from that need.

More marketplaces would have multiplied the problem.

When I joined HEALBE as Head of E-commerce, the answer appeared to be broader marketplace coverage and greater recognition for GoBe3. But returns, reviews, onboarding, delivery and support were already carrying the same confusion.

What the business saw

Insufficient marketplace reach

The product was not present on enough platforms, and customers were unfamiliar with the technology.

What sat underneath

The journey could not explain the product

Listing, packaging, delivery, activation, onboarding and support were not carrying one coherent promise.

What I changed

One connected e-commerce experience

I redesigned how the product was presented, purchased, delivered, activated, understood and supported.

Results shown reflect HEALBE’s e-commerce performance during Sevda’s tenure as Head of E-commerce. They describe this company and period; they are not a forecast of another company’s results.

The visible problem was marketplace coverage. The deeper constraint was the company’s capacity to make an unfamiliar product understandable at every point of the customer journey.

Q&A

Questions founders ask before we begin.

01Fit
Who is Designed Capacity for?

Designed Capacity is for founder-led businesses with real traction, multiple functions, and problems that no longer stay inside one department.

My operating experience spans SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, health technology, AI technology, international expansion, and startups across many other industries. I am also building Mo Ads, an AI-driven operating intelligence infrastructure.

The work is not limited to one industry. What matters is that the problem crosses functions, decisions, or operating structures.

What kinds of problems can we work on?

The problem is usually visible somewhere specific.

Marketing is not converting. Margins are slipping. Execution keeps slowing down. A senior hire has not fixed what they were hired to fix. The team keeps escalating. There is more data, but less certainty.

I do not assume that the place where the problem appears is where it began. We trace it across the business before deciding what needs to change.

02The work
How is this different from business coaching or traditional consulting?

Business coaching usually focuses on developing the founder. Traditional consulting often begins with a defined problem and ends with a recommendation.

My work begins when the problem itself is unclear or keeps returning. I establish what is actually happening, trace the pressure across the business, and redesign the part that can no longer carry the company’s growth.

I am also not stepping in as an outsourced COO to run the entire company day to day.

Where should you begin, and how quickly can we find the real problem?

If the situation is still difficult to explain, begin with the 25-minute Founder Fit Call. It establishes whether deeper investigation is justified.

The Founder Pressure Diagnostic produces a structured working hypothesis. If the problem crosses several functions, the four-week Designed Capacity Sprint validates the constraint and redesigns what must carry the next stage of growth.

The objective is not the fastest answer. It is to prevent an expensive intervention in the wrong place.

What will you receive, and how much will your team need to contribute?

Every paid engagement produces something the business can use. Depending on the engagement, that may include a Founder Pressure Brief, the evidence behind the primary hypothesis, what not to change prematurely, a Designed Capacity Blueprint, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap.

The output is built around your company’s specific problem—not a generic strategy deck reused across companies.

The work requires access and honest participation, but not endless interviews or a company-wide data exercise. I involve only the leaders and evidence directly connected to the problem, and I do the tracing and synthesis.

03Engagement
What if you have already tried new hires, dashboards, systems, or consultants?

That is often when my work becomes most useful.

We examine what was tried, what improved, and what returned. A new hire, tool, meeting, or process may improve one visible part of the business while leaving the underlying pressure unchanged—or moving it somewhere else.

What does it cost?

The 25-minute Founder Fit Call is free.

The Founder Pressure Diagnostic is $750. If you move into a Designed Capacity Sprint within 14 days, the Diagnostic fee is credited toward it.

Designed Capacity Sprints begin at $5,000. Founder Capacity Advisory begins at $4,000 per month with a three-month minimum. Final scope depends on the complexity of the problem, access required, leadership involvement, and depth of implementation support.
