Designed Capacity Advisory works with businesses globally.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you book a call, submit an inquiry, communicate by email, or enter into an advisory engagement. This may include:

  • your name, work email, role, company name and company website;
  • booking details, availability and answers to scheduling questions;
  • information about your company, team, current challenges and previous attempts to resolve them;
  • messages, documents or other materials you voluntarily provide; and
  • contract, invoice and payment records for paid engagements.

The website may also generate limited technical server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access, through the production hosting provider.

3. Why we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and assess whether an engagement is appropriate;
  • schedule calls and provide requested advisory services;
  • prepare proposals, agreements, invoices and engagement records;
  • protect the website and communications from misuse or security threats;
  • meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations; and
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

Depending on the context, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, or pursuing legitimate interests in operating and protecting the advisory business. We will request consent where consent is required by applicable law.

4. Service providers and recipients

Information may be processed by providers used to operate the inquiry and engagement process, including:

  • Typeform, for advisory inquiry forms;
  • Google, for Calendar, Meet, email and workspace services;
  • the website hosting and infrastructure provider used to deliver and protect the site;
  • payment, banking, accounting and document-signing providers used for a paid engagement; and
  • professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

These providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role and operate under their own terms, privacy notices and data-processing commitments.

5. International transfers

Designed Capacity Advisory works internationally, and some service providers may process information outside the country where you live. Where applicable law requires it, transfers will rely on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

You can review the providers’ information at Typeform Privacy and Google Privacy.

6. How long we keep information

Inquiry information that does not lead to an engagement is normally retained for up to 12 months so that the inquiry can be answered and any follow-up can be understood. Information connected to a client engagement is retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the period reasonably required by accounting, tax, contractual and legal obligations.

Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed, or retained longer where necessary to resolve a dispute, comply with law, or protect legal rights.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the legal basis used, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing already carried out.

To make a request, email info@moads.agency. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

8. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not set advertising, behavioural analytics, or other non-essential cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are activated on this site, a cookie consent banner is not currently shown.

If analytics, tracking technology, or embedded third-party content is added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that technology is activated.

Google Calendar, Typeform, LinkedIn and other external websites may use cookies under their own policies after you follow a link away from this website.

9. Security and children

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This is a business-to-business advisory website and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a material change is made.
